My name is Ronnie Victor, I am a United States Air Force Civil Engineer service connected Veteran and the owner of Green Organix with over fifteen years of gardening and growing experience along with engineering, HVAC, building management, welding, pipe fitting, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, sheetrock, refrigeration and steam fitter union journeyman. With over two decades in the building trades.
Now currently a building engineer for AT&T and previously a service engineer for the TRANE company for fifteen years. I currently hold a Bachelor of Science in Business and Project Management. Through years of training have blessed us with the skills to build a sustainable indoor system.
We grow and sell organic microgreens, lettuce, cabbage, pak choi, cucumbers, peppers, seedlings and fertilizer, derived from our system waste and done through aquaponics, locally in Fairfield Ca.
Our system work where our fish feed our plants and our plants clean the water for our fish in a natural controlled indoor symbiotic/relationship environment. We combined a system of aquaculture in which our waste produced by farmed fish and other aquatic animals supplies nutrients for our plants hydroponically in turn creating aquaponics.
Microgreens have 30-40 percent more nutrition value than a mature plant. One ounce of microgreens contain more nutrients than a pound and a half of a larger plant. And we can provide our community fresh organic produce within seven to ten days depending on variety. We use zero pesticides, and chemicals.
All our packaging are food grade and biodegradable and we grow to order year round in a clean controlled indoor environment with zero waste, with free delivery in Solano county and for military. Our products can be used in salads, smoothies, sandwiches, sauces, soups, tacos, garnishing, or just as a snack. And not limited. We believe our process is and will be the future of farming.
